මෙම අවස්ථාවේ කාටද පළාත් සභා ඡන්දයක් අවශ්ය වන්නේ ??
Anybody in Sri Lanka desperate for a Provincial Council Election, at this moment ??
කරුණාකර අත් ඔසවන්න !!!
පළාත්සභා සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම අහෝසි කොට, වහාම විසුරුවා හැරිය යුතු යැයි මතය දරන, අපගේ සහෝදර සහෝදරියන් හැමදෙනාම මෙහි සටහනක් තබන්න !!!
පළාත් සභා ක්රමය අපට අවශ්ය වන්නේ නම්, ඒ ඇයි ?? යන්න ගැනද හැකි පමණින් අදහස් දක්වන්න !!!

In Sri Lanka if there is one of the few Highlanders left to speak behalf of Freedom, Democracy & Ethical governance openly with out any fear (because he does not " O" anyone anything ) is Election Commissioner Mahinda Deshapriya …..If he says he had it and going to call it a day because the parliament is not clearing the bottle neck regards to the provincial elections that is a very dangerous benchmark the country is going through regards to "Right to Vote" .= Fundamental's of Democracy .
I HOPE ALL THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVISTS AND THE WESTERN WORLD PRESSURE THE R.W. GANG TO DO THE RIGHT THING .
My Personal opinion is that SL Should abolish totally this 13+ amendment provincial council system now as this is obsolete for the current situation .
Anyway this was never a indigenous solution but a outsider whom imposed upon SL government then in the 80s by two fighter planes and one Antenof in the name of Daal..
If Power should be given to the people for them to decided on there own areas why not increase the district levels from 26 to 30 and let the districts have the power to govern .
People are not asking for separate states; They are asking for land to grow .water to harvest and protection from internal & external threats to live a life ,educate there children and be happy with out stress .
