One of the most magnificent and sacred cultural processions in the world, the Kandy Esala Perahera is a 12-day spiritual celebration held to honor the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha.

Every evening, the streets of Kandy transform into a mesmerizing spectacle of traditional drummers, dancers, fire shows, and beautifully adorned elephants, carrying centuries of heritage and devotion.
