Despite the recent disaster Sri Lanka experienced, we are relieved to say that the Southern Province faced only minimal damage, especially in areas such as Sinharaja Kurulugala Entrance.
As a local tour guide working in the Sinharaja rainforest region, Iām happy to share that we have already completed two successful and enjoyable tours since the disaster passed.
There is no need to fear visiting the South ā Sinharaja and Kurulugala are safe, welcoming, and as beautiful as ever.
Nature has quickly recovered, and the paths and surroundings are safe for all visitors.
