Bomboru ella and Dunhinda falls..one of my favourites.. Ok, ok..i have several favourite waterfalls, because I am a real waterfall fanatic :) :) But these are really amazing, aren't those? I am always happy to have such guests who like to get off the beaten track and visit some of the hidden gems of Sri Lanka too....Bomburu ella can be reached by hiking only, although Duhinda is just a short walk away from the main road...

Astonishing photography about Sri Lanka... 😍

As we all know, 2020 is not a good year for all of us. We have already lost lots of beautiful souls and it’s still happening. On the other hand, this year helps nature to gain their strength back and to cure what humans did to nature. Hope this pandemic will be over soon. However, we must learn from our mistakes.

I owe everything to this place, to this mountains and to this ocean. Also, I live in a most beautiful island on earth. Soon, borders will be opened and we can walk again through this amazing Island. An adult male leopard crawling through the thick forest was captured by an installed automated camera, near a forest lodge near Sinharaja world heritage site. Photo rights are owned by Richard Humphry. Thanks to SLWCS for helping him install these cameras.. The leopard was slowly walking up the path towards the camera before stopping to look into the trees. It continued to approach the position of the camera and at one point stared into the lens before wandering away into the night. This took place at 2 a.m.😍
