🪶 Yesterday I had a damn good time researching and drawing some birdies and developing a few ideas for my show. I’m not sure why I didn’t dive into a whole series of birds earlier!? The patterning on some of them melt my brain. Endless inspiration. I found this Northern Flicker feather in the yard last weekend and it blew my mind. Hard to tell in the photo but the shaft is bright orange. 🪶🟠⚫️⚪️😍
