Hosted by Nandhi Collective, Northbound brought together art, architecture, cuisine, and heritage in the heart of Jaffna, a festival built around intimacy and personal connection.

The curated programme featured private heritage homes opened to guests, intimate workshops led by local knowledge holders, traditional Jaffna food experiences, and elevated dining, alongside special events centred on art, architecture, and crafts.

Looking for a reason to visit the North? This is it.

Northbound Jaffna is all-inclusive 3-day experience shaped around food, craft, architecture and conversation. Mornings on the lagoon with fishermen. Afternoons in ancestral homes and workshops. Evenings gathered around long tables, with multi-sensory menus, paired drinks and folk music.

This is not a tour. It’s a small, carefully hosted gathering designed to connect you to the real Jaffna and the people who sustain these traditions, ensuring meaningful returns for the communities who hold the knowledge.
