Thereafter the treatment turns its focus on restoring and enhancing your body and mind into a state of perfect balance. All treatments are based on a thorough diagnosis and your individual treatment plan. The treatment in general consists of daily massages with different herbal oils and heat treatments such as steam- and herbal baths and if you like, yoga, meditation and awareness raising exercises.
