ඔබ දැනට Student (500), Graduate (485), Employer Sponsored හෝ Visitor Visa මත ඕස්ට්රේලියාවේ රැඳී සිටින අයෙක් නම්, විදේශගත වීමට පෙර මෙම නව නීතිමය තත්ත්වය පිළිබඳව සැලකිලිමත් වන්න.

නව නීතිය කුමක්ද? | What is the New Law?
ඕස්ට්රේලියානු රජය විසින් අලුතින් සම්මත කරන ලද Migration Amendment (2026 Measures No. 1) Act 2026 පනත මගින් ස්වදේශ කටයුතු අමාත්යවරයාට විශේෂ බලතල හිමිවී තිබේ.
Under the newly passed Migration Amendment (2026 Measures No. 1) Act 2026, the Minister for Home Affairs has been granted special powers.
මෙමගින් ලෝකයේ පවතින විවිධ අර්බුදකාරී තත්ත්වයන් මත පදනම්ව, ඇතැම් වීසා කාණ්ඩ යටතේ පුද්ගලයන් මෙරටට පැමිණීම තාවකාලිකව (මාස 6 සිට 12 දක්වා) අත්හිටුවීමට රජයට හැකියාව ඇත.
This allows the government to temporarily suspend entry (for 6 to 12 months) for certain visa categories based on global crisis situations.
මෙයින් සිදුවන බලපෑම | The Impact
නැවත ඇතුළුවීමේ අවදානම: ඔබ විදේශගතව සිටින අතරතුර ඔබේ වීසා කාණ්ඩයට මෙවැනි සීමාවක් පැනවුවහොත්, ඔබට නැවත ඕස්ට්රේලියාවට ඇතුළු වීමට නොහැකි වනු ඇත.
Re-entry Risk: If a restriction is imposed on your visa category while you are overseas, you may be unable to re-enter Australia.
වීසා වලංගුතාව: ඔබගේ වීසා බලපත්රය අවලංගු නොවන නමුත්, එම සීමාව ඉවත් කරන තෙක් ඔබට මෙරටට පැමිණීම තහනම් වේ.
Visa Status: While your visa remains valid, you will be barred from entering the country until the restriction is lifted.

ස්ථිර පදිංචිකරුවන් | Permanent Residents
පුරවැසියන්ගේ/පදිංචිකරුවන්ගේ සමීපතම පවුලේ සාමාජිකයන් | Immediate family members of Citizens/PR holders
මානුෂීය වීසා හිමියන් | Humanitarian Visa holders
අවධානයට: ඔබ දැනට තාවකාලික වීසා බලපත්රයක් මත ඕස්ට්රේලියාවේ (Onshore) සිටින්නේ නම්, ඉතා අත්යවශ්ය කරුණකට මිස රටින් බැහැර වීම මේ මොහොතේ අවදානම් සහගත විය හැක.
