Here its my last tour of 2025 with bulgarian guests
(Diana lozanova).
join us on for memorable And valuable safaris.
Here its guest feedback ...
Today I will describe our yesterday's meeting with the star of Yala Park in Sri Lanka, as our naturalist told us, it is Gerry the leopard!
Geri-Kazanova is known for his many lovers in the park😁!

We decided to have an afternoon safari since it is the highest probability of encountering these beautiful and difficult to see animals.
Afternoon safari and our encounter with Gerry the leopard:
Afternoon in Yala is different. The heat is beginning to recede, the light is becoming soft, and the jungle seems to be moving again. The jeep is moving, the drivers exchange information about the location of bear sloths and the so-called leopards. We are just watching, listening, waiting.
And then quite unexpectedly we have matured Gerry. Don't pop up, don't scare us. He was just there and calmly and confidently moving around the first jeeps, completely in his world. He moved slowly and gracefully as if we were the guests, and he realized he was the host!
This was a “wow moment” that I imagined a quiet, powerful moment. A meeting that doesn't come over, but lasts a long time. Gerry was not posing, in no hurry to leave, he took a slow and gracious walk and graciously allowed us to share a few minutes of his afternoon.
Wowwww I longed for this moment ever since Kenya, when in seconds you could endure the meeting with the beautiful animal... an incredibly exciting moment in life is this meeting 🙏🤓🍀!
And that was exactly the magic of Yala - not in the search, but in the fact that the wildlife decides when and how to show up to you.
We left with big smiles, overjoyed and with the feeling that we had witnessed something real.
We took with us not photos, but a feeling that we will remember for a lifetime.
The feeling that the wildlife has allowed you to peek into its world...
and that is a gift that is not forgotten.

Indian roller
Blue jay.

The Indian roller is a bird of the family Coracidae. It is 30-34 cm long with a wingspan of 65-74 cm and weighs 166-176 g. The face and throat are pinkish, the head and back are brown, with blue on the rump and contrasting light and dark blue on the wings and tail. The Indian Roller, also known as the Blue Jay, is a striking bird native to the Indian subcontinent and parts of Southeast Asia. It is renowned for its vibrant plumage, predominantly deep blue in color with a hint of turquoise on its wings and tail. The Indian Roller exhibits a unique courtship behavior called "acrobat display," where it performs graceful mid-air acrobatics. These birds can often be seen perched on utility wires or treetops, scanning their surroundings for insects, small reptiles, and even small mammals that make up their diet. With its distinctive appearance and aerial maneuvers, the Indian Roller is a captivating sight that adds natural beauty to its surroundings.
