Set in a private 64 acre tea and rubber estate, the Rosyth Estate House is a beautifully restored 1926 planter’s bungalow, expanded with fantastic new facilities and rooms and run a boutique hotel. we currently have 6 rooms in our collection: Mango, Coconut, Lime, Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom and Palm.
• Just 2 hours from the airport, 1 hour from Kandy, 30 minutes from Pinnawela

and 2 hours from Dambulla.
• Authentic plantation experience, conveniently located on the trail or as a first stop before a “flop” on the beach.
