According to multi-award-winning luxury travel designer Dani Wilson Naqvi, that hidden gem is none other than Sri Lanka — a destination she calls “the most underrated in the global travel landscape.”

On the podcast Travel Stories with Moush, Naqvi painted a picture that feels almost unreal: one moment you’re wandering through mist-covered tea trails that rival Switzerland, and just hours later, you’re sinking your toes into golden sands while watching whales breach offshore — or heading out on a wild safari.
