Instructions From Police
පොලිස් නිශ්කාශන වාර්තා එහෙමත් නැත්නම් Police Clearance Certificate එක සඳහා අයඳුම් කිරීමේදී අයඳුම්කරුවන් නිතර සිදුකර වැරදි අඩුපාඩු නිසා විට විවිධ ගැටළු වලට මුහුණ දීමට සිදුවේ.
එබැවින් පහත උපදෙස් කෙරෙහි ඔබ වැඩි අවධානයක් යොමු කර කටයුතු කරන්න.
ඔබ Online clearance certificate එක Apply කිරීමට ප්රථම උපදෙස් පත්රිකාව හොඳින් කියවන්න. මෙය සිංහල /දෙමළ/ඉංග්රීසි යන භාෂා ත්රිත්වයෙන්ම සකස් කර ඇත.
ඔබේ පුද්ගලික විස්තර නිවැරදිවම ඇතුලත් කරන්න.
Application එක පුරවද්දි ID, Passport එකේ තියෙන නම ඒ විදිහටම (Letter to Letter) ඇතුළත් කරන්න.
ID එකේ සහ Passport එකේ ඔබේ නමේ වෙනසක් තිබුණොතින් ඔබට දිවුරුම් ප්රකාශයක් ඇතුලත් කිරීමට සිදුවේ.
අතීතයේ පදිංචිව සිටි ස්ථාන (Previous Addresses) සහ ඒවායේ කාලසීමාවන් (From Date To Date) නිවැරදිව සඳහන් කරන්න.
ID / Passport පිටපත් upload කිරීමේදී පැහැදිලි පිටපත් upload කරන්න.
ඇතැම් අයඳුම්කරුවන් ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත වෙනුවට රියදුරු බලපත්රය ඇතුලත් කරන අතර කිසිසේත් එය වලංගු නොවේ. පැහැදිලි ජාතික හැඳුම්පත් පිටපත අනිවාර්ය වේ.
Upload කරන ගොනුවල Size එක 250 KB ට වඩා අඩු සීමාවට පවත්වා ගන්න.
නිශ්කාශන වාර්තාව භාරදිය යුතු නිවැරදි ලිපිනය ඇතුලත් කරන්න.
Select කිරීමේදී අදාල කොටුව නිවැරදිව Select කර ඇත්දැයි හොඳින් බලන්න.
ඔබව සම්බන්ධ කරගත හැකි භාවිතා කරන දුරකථන අංකයක්, email ලිපිනයක් ලබා දෙන්න.

பொலிஸ் தடையகற்றல்ச சான்றிதழ் (Police Clearance Certificate) விண்ணப்பிக்கும் போது, விண்ணப்பதாரர்களால் அடிக்கடி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் தவறுகள் மற்றும் குறைபாடுகள் காரணமாக பல்வேறு சிக்கல்களுக்கு முகங்கொடுக்க வேண்டிய நிலை ஏற்படுகின்றது.எனவே, கீழே குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள அறிவுறுத்தல்களுக்கு அதிக கவனம் செலுத்தி செயற்படுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகின்றீர்கள்.
Online Clearance Certificate க்கு விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்கு முன்னர், அறிவுறுத்தல் தாளை (Instruction Sheet) நன்கு வாசிக்கவும். இது சிங்களம் / தமிழ் / ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய மூன்று மொழிகளிலும் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
உங்களது தனிப்பட்ட விபரங்களை மிகவும் சரியாகவும், முழுமையாகவும் உள்ளிடவும்
விண்ணப்பத்தைப் பூர்த்தி செய்யும் போது, தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை (ID) மற்றும் கடவுச்சீட்டில் (Passport) குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள பெயரை, அவற்றில் உள்ளவாறே (எழுத்துக்கு எழுத்து) உள்ளிடவும்.
தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை மற்றும் கடவுச்சீட்டில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள உங்கள் பெயர்களில் வேறுபாடு காணப்படுமாயின், சத்தியப்பிரமாணப் பத்திரம் (Affidavit) சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டியிருக்கும்
நீங்கள் கடந்த காலங்களில் வசித்த முந்தைய முகவரிகள் (Previous Addresses) மற்றும் ஒவ்வொரு முகவரியிலும் வசித்த காலப்பகுதியை (From Date – To Date) சரியாகக் குறிப்பிடவும்.
தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை / கடவுச்சீட்டின் பிரதிகளை பதிவேற்றும் போது, தெளிவான பிரதிகளை (Clear Copies) பதிவேற்றவும்.
சில விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் தேசிய அடையாள அட்டைக்குப் பதிலாக சாரதி அனுமதிப்பத்திரத்தை (Driving Licence) சமர்ப்பிக்கின்றனர். அவ்வாறு சமர்ப்பிப்பது எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் செல்லுபடியாகாது. தெளிவான தேசிய அடையாள அட்டையின் பிரதி கட்டாயமாக சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
பதிவேற்றப்படும் கோப்புகளின் (Uploaded Files) அளவு 250 KB இற்குக் குறைவாக இருக்குமாறு பார்த்துக்கொள்ளவும்.
பொலிஸ் நன்னடத்தைச் சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டிய சரியான முகவரியை விண்ணப்பத்தில் குறிப்பிடவும்.
தெரிவு செய்யும் (Select) போது, உரிய கட்டம் (Checkbox) சரியாகத் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதா என்பதை நன்கு சரிபார்க்கவும்.
உங்களைத் தொடர்புகொள்ளக்கூடிய செயற்பாட்டிலுள்ள தொலைபேசி இலக்கம் மற்றும் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி (Email Address) ஆகியவற்றை சரியாக வழங்கவும்.

Read the instructions carefully before applying for the online Police Clearance Certificate. The instructions are available in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.
Enter your personal information accurately. Ensure that all details provided in the application are correct and complete.
Enter your name exactly as it appears on your National Identity Card (NIC) and passport, letter for letter.
If there is a difference between the name appearing on your NIC and passport, you are required to submit an affidavit.
Provide accurate details of all previous addresses where you have resided, including the relevant periods of residence (From Date – To Date).
When uploading copies of your NIC and passport, ensure that the documents are clear, legible, and of good quality.
Some applicants mistakenly upload their driving licence instead of their National Identity Card. Please note that a driving licence is not accepted as a substitute for the NIC. A clear copy of the National Identity Card is mandatory.
Ensure that the size of each uploaded file is less than 250 KB.
Enter the correct and complete address to which the Police Clearance Certificate should be delivered.
When making selections in the application, carefully check that the correct option or relevant checkbox has been selected.
Provide a valid telephone number and email address through which you can be contacted if any clarification or additional information is required.
