4. ඒ සඳහා මාර්ගයක් තිබේ (අෂ්ටාංගික මාර්ගය)
• බුද්ධාගම අන්ධ විශ්වාසයක් නොව,
👉 දැකලා, පරීක්ෂා කරලා, අත්විඳලා අවබෝධ කරගන්න කියන ආගමක්.
• “එය යථාර්ථය” කියන අදහසට බුද්ධාගම ගැලපෙන්නේ
👉 ලෝකය අනිත්‍ය, දුක්ඛ, අනත්තා ලෙස දැකීම නිසා. Nirvana
