He did not disappoint. It was a long and very hot day but I thoroughly enjoyed myself and was blown away by the sights and sounds of Doha. It’s not just the tourist sights with Pavan, he is also very knowledgable about life in Qatar and politics/policies, etc and I came away educated about a Middle Eastern country that, it seems, only came onto the world map after the World Cup.
