โ€ข Handling inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone and social media
โ€ข Preparing quotations and itineraries
โ€ข Following up with potential clients
โ€ข Managing bookings, confirmations and payments
โ€ข Maintaining reservation records and client information
โ€ข Coordinating with our operations and guiding team
โ€ข Delivering professional customer service
โ€ข Building long-term relationships with local and international clients

โœ… Has good computer skills and is comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
โœ… Has a genuine passion for travel, adventure and the outdoors
โœ… Communicates confidently and professionally
โœ… Is organised, responsible and detail-oriented
โœ… Can manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups without losing attention to detail
โœ… Is willing to work full-time and support weekend/event requirements when necessary
