✨ Key Responsibilities:
Handle Amadeus and Sabre GDS systems for reservations, ticketing, re-issuances, and fare calculations.
Manage complete travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
Provide professional travel advice and support to clients with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure all bookings comply with company and airline policies.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the travel industry.
Proficiency in Amadeus and Sabre reservation systems is essential.
IATA Diploma / Airline Ticketing qualification preferred.
Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and reissuance processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
