To all the messages we are receiving asking whether they should cancel their trips to Sri Lanka in December!

Please don't and here's why!

Cyclone Ditwah moved out of Sri Lanka two days ago!

South of Sri Lanka was the least affected.

Most towns in the south didn't experience any flooding.

You might have to adjust your itineraries accordingly. Your tour operators will assist you with that. Please work with reputed tour operators when doing so.

But don't cancel your trips mostly because, Our little island nation depends heavily on tourism. After a 30 year long civil war, we were finally starting to bounce back with a fantastic year in tourism in 2018, but then luck turned against us!

•2022-Economic Crisis

•2025-Cyclone Ditwah

So please don't cancel your trips because now is the time we really need all your love and support.
