The LTDC today commenced its Northern Region Stakeholder Dissemination Workshop, bringing together tourism stakeholders from Leribe, Botha-Bothe and Katse, including tour guides, accommodation establishments and attraction facilities. The workshop is aimed at updating stakeholders on LTDC’s mandate, departmental roles, programmes and achievements in advancing tourism development. Opening the workshop, Acting Chief Executive Ms. Mamello Morojele highlighted the importance of tourism statistics, tourism levy governance, public relations and crisis management in strengthening the sector, informing investment and building resilience and visitor trust.
