Lesotho Quality Star Grading Programme - QUALstar The Grading Council is a division of the Lesotho Tourism Development Corporation, responsible to the Ministry of Tourism, Environment and Culture.

The Lesotho Quality Star Grading Programme (QUALstar) is an initiative of the Lesotho Tourism Development Corporation, aimed at the supporting the roll-out of a quality standards to local accommodation establishments. The Programme supports establishment owners, through a handholding process that walks them through the Grading standards, and guides them towards attaining their desired star range.
