The Luxembourg Euro Meet is an international swimming competition held under the rules of FINA and the Luxembourg Swimming Federation (FLNS). Every swimmer who is registered through his/her team, club or national federation, as well as registered with FINA, may participate. The competition pool is a 50m pool with 10 lanes, depth is 2,20m throughout and the water temperature is 26°C. Time keeping is operated by electronic OMEGA timing. The organiser of the Luxembourg Euro Meet is the Luxembourg Swimming Federation (FLNS) and its members. Classification is done in three (3) age categories Youth, Junior and Open as well as for teams. Classification in the age categories “Youth” and “Junior” will be applied according to the results in the heats/direct finals. Classification in the “Open” category will be applied according to the results in the A-finals/direct finals. The team classification will be applied according to the best thirty (30) individual results (as per FINA points-table) for each team realised during the heats only.
