As part of our commitment to sustainability, Katrina Summer House team went on a sustainability learning tour with the support of Cross-Re-Tour project. We visited hotels and guest houses in France that are leading the way in eco-friendly hospitality.
Throughout the tour, we were especially interested to find out best practices in culture heritage preservation, woodwork and reuse of second-hand materials in hotel interior.
The tour provided valuable insights in how different establishments are integrating environmental responsibility into their daily operations. It inspired new ideas for how we can implement similar practices within our own work.
