The Mansion dates back to 1660 , 90 % of it is original almost nothing been changed ,just cleaned and fixed an incredible house. Located in the port ,right next to the river/ canal it's a unique location , fishing boats are coming in and out a real local port feeling and a view you will die for. The ground has 2 apartments its a high basement 1 step down from street level. 1) The boys rooms which is 1 large room, designed with the left overs from Louie Fontaine's old strip club Daddy's entrance from street has, its on patio toward the port. 2) The Rock Star Lounge , build out old touring flight cases from owner, Rock Star Louie Fontaine's earlier tours a design you will never forget 3) Fontaine Mansion , furnished with Indian & Egyptian furniture with a giant balcony along apartment + 2 small balconies to street side, this is a kings apartment. 2 floor ) East & West Suites is only for summer use, all in 400 year word original floors , furnished like the mansion, both apartment has 2 floors east side has the best view in town, this like living 400 years ago a killer feeling and atmosphere.
