International festival of Magic ABRAKADABRA - Latvia

We are looking for magicians that want to take part in a competition in October, 5 for close-up and 5 for stand-up/stage. The competition is by invitation only, a pre-selection will be made, each participant selected will receive a minimal fee for to reimburse travel expenses. Winner (of each category) will receive a trophy and 1500 Euro prix. Second selection will receive an award of participation and 500 Euro prix. If interested contact me by e-mail :-)

I just want to thank all the great cast, the competitors, the staff and all friends that took the time to fly to Latvia for to participate at our convention.
We had a great time and I'm very happy that everything went smooth and well.

Happy new Magical 2012 !! Finally some news: We started the organization of the 2012 festival, as you have seen this year will be on the city of JURMALA and on the popular Theater / Concert Hall where each year it take place the International song Festival.
We have already booked many very interesting acts and the gala show it is going to be quite different this year because theme will be "Magic & Art".
Some names ? Vlad Krygonovov (Russia), Alana (Germany), Tino Fimiani (Italy) ...and wait for others !
We will hold again Close-up and Stage competition with an International jury.
Another news of this year it is that we will have for the first time a close-up gala show that will be hosted from a very big Star: ... well, you will know it soon ;-)
