Day 5: 1450m of ascent saw as enter the Isougouane valley in the shadow of Mt Toubkal. Crossing a 3,600m pass we then descended to the impressive refuge where we'd spend the night. Alarms set for 2:45am to hit the summit.

Day 4: The first day of our 3 day hike and we are both pleased to be off the bikes. Covering 12km and crossing a 2,600m pass to our first refuge in the mountains. Hot, dry and steep but the scenery is stunning.
