Some of the best moments in Morocco happen far away from the tourist crowds.
On long roads that cross mountains, deserts, forgotten villages, and landscapes where time seems to slow down.

We love those endless drives where every turn tells a different story — sharing tea with locals, stopping for fresh bread on the roadside, discovering hidden valleys, and watching the scenery change hour after hour.

This is the Morocco we truly love.
Not rushed. Not crowded. Just real experiences, beautiful roads, and unforgettable memories along the way.

🇲🇦 One of the most iconic dishes in Morocco during Eid al-Adha is called Boulfaf (بولفاف).

It is simple, rustic, and absolutely delicious.

Fresh lamb liver is cut into pieces, wrapped in the lamb’s caul fat, lightly seasoned with a pinch of salt and cumin, then grilled slowly over charcoal until perfectly cooked.

It is usually enjoyed fresh, right after the sacrifice, gathered around family, sharing stories, smoke from the grill in the air, and the first flavors of Eid.

Sometimes the simplest dishes carry the deepest traditions ❤️🔥
