جبال الأطلس الشامخــة

الأطلس الكبير بالامازيغية ادرار ندرن وتعني جبل الحياة وهي تسمية قديمة لاعتقاد السكان المحليين ان الجبل مصدر الماء والحياة هو عبارة عن سلاسل شامخة تمتد من غرب مدينة أكادير على المحيط الأطلسي في اتجاه الشمال الشرقي وأعلى قممها جبل توبقال 4165 م ويقع في الجنوب الشرقي لمدينة مراكش وتنقسم هذه السلسلة بدورها إلى كتلتين منفصلتين عن بعضها بواسطة ممر تلوين والكتلة الغربية أكثر ارتفاعا من الشرقية. وتقسمالمغرب ال منطقتين مناخيتين مختلفتين. منطقة شرقية بمناخ صحراوي حار وأخرى معتدلة دو مناخ راطب.

جبال الاطلس سلسلة جبلية في المغرب تتكون منالاطلس الصغير والاطلس الكبير والاطلس المتوسطوتنتمي لسلاسل جبال الأطلس.
