Bisara is considered one of the most famous ancient dishes in Morocco.It is the only meal that Moroccans increasingly demand in the cold season with a cup of wormwood tea, It is eaten hot and gives a feeling of warmth, and it contains many minerals, vitamins and fibers beneficial to the body. Its preparation is very easy and does not require much time, and it consists of beans ( fava beans and green lentils), water, coriander, parsley, oil and spices.

A delicious dish for special occasion 😋

Seffa is made with crushed or fried almonds, cinnamon, raisins, fine vermicelli noodles and powdered sugar. Seffa Medfouna is typically served in Morocco before a meal. This light and tasty dish of Seffa Medfouna can also be made with beldi chicken, lamb or beef. When served with meat this traditional Moroccan dish can be used as a meal. Seffa Medfouna is made slightly different in each region of Morocco and its ingredients vary also by season

The riad is the traditional Moroccan house, usually two or more floors around an Andalusian courtyard with a fountain. Riyadh was the esteemed abode of distinguished citizens such as merchants and nobles.

The style of the riad has transformed over the years, and mainly recently, as interest in riad has increased in Moroccan cities with popular tourism such as Marrakesh and Essaouira, where the traditional riad is being restored to serve as a hotel or restaurant.

Eid al-Adha in a number of Moroccan regions has ancient festive traditions, characterized by the organization of a seasonal carnival festival throughout the days of the feast.
It is a traditional Moroccan Berber folklore festival held annually on the occasion of Eid al-Adha in the city of Agadir and also in some regions. One or more people wear the skins of the sacrificial animals, which have been slaughtered, on Eid
It revives a folklore passed down by the population from generation to generation
It means: wearing the skins of the Eid sacrifice, as dozens of young men wearing goats and rams skins, who cover their faces with masks that hide their features, go out and roam the various streets in a festive atmosphere, they go out to the streets carrying goats' legs and then start chasing passersby in the streets, the principle requires that passersby receive light blows that fall within the framework of what is called in local customs as "the blessing" of the feast in a family atmosphere

Morocco is preparing to open the Grand Theater of Rabat in the coming weeks, which is the largest theater in the Arab world and Africa with an area of 47 thousand square meters. This is a new building in Rabat
It includes a large theater with a capacity of 2,000 seats, as well as small halls dedicated to music, cinema and many other activities!
