“this a very special and unique tour where you enjoy a 2 days out of Marrakech ,start by the amazing view of Atlas mountains and see the very nice typical Berber villages and small waterfalls ,explore a very nice part of the high Atlas Mountains, have a nice walk in the village ,see different valleys ,then you go down with a big change of colours and landscape to the amazing Agafay desert where you will have a lifetime experience “.
Day 01 : Marrakech – Imlil Valley – Berber Villages – Amizmiz Valley –Agafay
Pick up from your at 9 :30 am directly to The imlil valley; the valley is considered one of the most pristine valleys in morocco, And then we will be heading towards the hidden Berber villages in the High Atlas Mountains passing through Tahnaout, Valley Ghighaya, Moulay Brahim gorges, and Asni which is popular for its weekly local market. Once we get to Imlil, you'll be amazed by its unbelievable natural sceneries, landscapes, and its green valley that stays fresh even during the summer. You either do hike around the Berber villages to enjoy the stunning sights or take a walk for 1:30 hours to Armed village, You'll have traditional lunch (in a typical local family house ) after you have short walk and a bit of a scramble above the village of imlil. In this exceptional day trip we follows our tour by the old forest track to the region of Sidi Amezmiz below Mount Oukaimeden. The route takes us to Kik Plateux ,before to start to go down thorough Lala Takrkouste lake ,then start at Agafay desert and the off road , the scenery is completely different - a stone desert, barren light brown plateaux. This might as well be the Sahara as the colours and the feeling of solitude is the same. The land seems to stretch out forever as the impression of being completely disconnected from civilization takes shape, but is not a real desert with sand dunes. You arrive at Agafay around 4 pm;you check in at the camp ,then go for a nice camel ride and a break of tea in a wild place (nomad method made ) watching the sunset ,after the sunset we drive back to the camp for dinner and for an exceptional night at the tents.
Day 02 : Agafay- Marrakech
We have breakfast at the camp ,then at 10:00 am take the quad bike tour from the camp (or relax or have a walk if you are not able to do the quad bike experience ), , then you enjoy your time at the camp and swimming pool, you enjoy a nice lunch at the camp , then our driver will pick up you at 3:00 pm back to Marrakech (you will be at your accommodation in Marrakech around 4:30 pm) .
