Day 1: – Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades

Our 3 days desert trip from Marrakech is ready! After meeting you at your hotel in Marrakech after breakfast we will go towards the High Atlas through the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, along a road that climbs from the plains up to 2260 m above sea level passing through small villages, small waterfalls, through the continuously changing landscape and colors of these beautiful mountains.We can make a stop on the pass for a cup of refreshing mint tea and admire the scenery before taking Ait Benhaddou Kasbah day trip from Marrakech, where we will arrive in time for lunch. Here we can visit the famous Kasbah, declared UNESCO World Heritage and which was the scene of films like The Gladiator, Babel, Lawrence of Arabia, The Legionary, The Sheltering Sky, and many others. will visit the town of Ouarzazate, the Kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas Studios movie studios, the largest and most famous of all Africa. Then we will go through Ouarzazate, the famous Valley of Roses and the Dades valley, reaching the Todra Gorge in time for sunset where we will stop in a very traditional and romantic hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga ( Erg-Chebbi )

In the morning, after breakfast, we will take a walk in Todra will take the car to drive the road of the 1000 Kasbas, go through Tinghir village and the Jewish Kasbah, we continue passing Erfoud and Rissani arriving before we reach Merzouga before sunset. From here we will leave our car in a hotel and we will start off by Camel into the Erg Chebbi Dunes for an incredible and unforgettable night in a Berber tent where we will have dinner under millions of stars.

Day 3: Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga ( Erg-Chebbi ) – Marrakech

After viewing the most beautiful sunrise and having breakfast at the camp site you will ride the camels back to the auberge. From there it will be a long day driving back to Marrakech, again via Tichka pass. Départ Tous samedi matin vers Imlil, et marche sportive jusqu'au refuge (3207m). Nuit au refuge. Départ de l'ascension dimanche matin puis retour à Casa dans la journée.
Départ dépend des conditions météo.

01 – Marrakech – Asni – Imlil – Refuge Neltner.
Départ de Marrakech en début de matinée vers Asni 59km, puis direction Imlil 1740m, rencontre avec notre équipe de muletiers et départ pour Sidi Chamharouch puis notre camp de base au refuge Neltner 3200m. Bivouac aux environs du refuge. Environs 4h de marche.
02- Refuge Neltner - Ascension - Sidi Chamharouch - Imlil.
Départ le plus tôt possible pour profiter des premières heures de la journée, l’ascension du sommet du Toubkal 4167m ne présente aucune difficulté technique, il y a parfois des névés à traverser au début de la saison. Du sommet de Toubkal la vue porte loin, vous pouvez voir le sommet du Sirwa, ainsi que la plaine de Marrakech et le lac de Takerkouste. Descente sur Sidi Chamharouch, Village D’Armed puis Imlil 1740m, où nous quittons notre équipe de muletiers. Nous montons dans le véhicule pour Marrakech. Environ 7h de marche.

Hello, I am Hamid : Co-founder and Managing Director !

I am a Moroccan guide born in the High Atlas where I still live. I am a certified tour guide and a graduate of the Royal Moroccan Federation of Skiing and Mountaineering. I speak 4 languages: Berber, Arabic, English , French and when I have to….also a little bit of Espanech & Italia.

Being a tourist guide and working with foreigners has been my dream since I was a child and participated in the international project World Challenge with Berber and British children coming all together in my village. It was a wonderful time with lot of fun and new friends and I am happy that today as professional guide I can among others take care of these international groups and make them to live this unique experience.
