My name is Lidija and I am the Head of Member Relations, Events & Programme Manager for CML Advocates Network. I am happy to share our extremely positive experience working with Toudgha Voyages, particularly with our main point of contact, Mourad.

For our yearly event “CML Horizons 2023” held in Marrakesh, Toudgha Voyages played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our conference. His proactive communication, quick responsiveness, and ability to handle last-minute changes were truly commendable.

One of the standout aspects of Toudgha Voyages' service was their assistance with communication with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Given that our conference was attended by 100-plus participants from over 60 countries, the task of of approving some individual visa applications but also obtaining a group visa for many attendees was no small feat. Toudgha Voyages, under Mourad's leadership, expertly maneuvered through this process, guaranteeing that our international participants could attend the conference without encountering any visa-related challenges.

The arrangements for our event were seamless, and the support provided by Toudgha Voyages contributed significantly to the overall positive experience of our attendees. The conference itself was a great success, and the feedback from our participants regarding the accommodations, transportation, and logistics handled by Toudgha Voyages was overwhelmingly positive.

Not only did Toudgha Voyages excel in event logistics, but Mourad also took care of organizing side tours for some of our conference attendees after the event concluded. Dear Mourad & Siad,

The Williams have returned from their trip to Morocco and we want to share their feedback with you!

Hotels:
They were all well placed for exploration of the city, were comfortable and well cared for. The Riad in Marrakesh was beyond expectation! We believe it was a substitute for the original Riad because that had been damaged in the quake. Wow was a good description!

Overall Trip:
Our Morocco itinerary was more face paced because of the places we wanted to visit which required us to move lodging almost every night. Having said that, we wouldn’t have changed a thing. We loved each area we visited and learned so much. Our driver was exceptional and our individual guides in each city were excellent. In all, they helped us fall in love with Morocco and its people. Arriving immediately after the earthquake created some challenges for the itinerary, but those were met immediately and flawlessly.
The entire Morocco trip was a highlight. We really appreciated having Ali as our driver for the entire trip. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and all around outstanding. Each of the city guides too really helped us to learn about their city. The rare rainstorm in the Sahara for our camel excursion added a sense of adventure and allowed us to see and experience the desert in a unique way. We loved every minute.

Show me a travel company who has ever got a feedback like the one we just received !

"Hello Mourad,

Our group so loved you and the guide Rachid, that the trip is literally now the talk of their town—even the mayor—who didn’t go!

So, they are thinking of doing another trip next year—they would like Rachid as their guide again.

They are looking at May, September, or October of next year. I believe our client would prefer May or October so we are inquiring on if there is a better time to be able to get him as a guide?

They are looking at the itinerary and may have the things they would like on the itinerary ready for us in the next couple of weeks!
