Some of the most beautiful moments in my job have nothing to do with the places we visit.

They happen during the conversations.

Walking through the streets of Marrakech with people from different parts of the world reminds me that, despite our different languages, cultures, and backgrounds, we all share the same hopes, fears, dreams, and stories.

This wonderful couple is a perfect example of that. Honest conversations, genuine smiles, and the simple joy of listening to one another.

Maybe that’s something we all need a little more of today: to slow down, talk, listen, and truly connect.

Sometimes a conversation with a stranger can leave you feeling more human than anything else.

A dear friend once told me: “Wake up every morning believing you are the hero of your own book.”

That stayed with me.

We hold the pen. We write the story. And through our actions, courage, and kindness, we also write how others will remember us.
