it's time to harvest Olives in Morocco?
The easiest way is:
1) pick the olives and wash and dry it.
2) soak in 10% salt water in the container for 3-5 weeks and check it is salty enough for your preference and rinse it.
4) preserve it in the jar with boiled salty water and add oil on top and make 1 inch layer. It will last 1-3 months in the fridge.

"Ouarzazate" the city in Morocco. 220km to the SouthWest from Marrakech, takes 3 hours by car, 2 days by donkey, days and days by foots.

The village was full of nature with traditional Berber hand made houses used be. But now the place is becoming an ugly town which made by Bricks wall and non flamed windows and full of rubbish and plastic bags.

Cafe Arabe is popular in Marrakech. Have you been visited the place yet? Let me hear your comments. I personally don't like it. Because the price is high and the service are terrible. My friend had a fresh orange juice and sandwich. She had a stomachache for couple days.

I was posted this one year ago.

Today, I have a different opinion. The place is much better, Good price and good service. Glass of Wine is Dh35.
