You have to be a perceptive, people person to be in this business. thankfully for our clients who tour with us and for our guests at our lodge, we all are.

Both might appear to be easy business's to operate, not so.

It takes skill, patience and the ability to multi task and pivot so as to be able to respond quickly to all eventualities as they occur, to everyone's satisfaction, whilst managing differing cultural expectations and the many different personalities both individual and 'type' we meet.

That said, its always a pleasure never a chore and a responsibility we take seriously and in our Moroccan stride 🙂

We all work out from our business base in Marrakech where we meet clients pre tour or rendezvous with them to begin a tour from Casablanca or Tangier

Our own Lodge accommodation within our small date palmerie just outside of Zagora.

The palmerie has always been in Hassans family but having taken full ownership 2 years ago resulted in a long held dream to physically manifest for us and is still evolving.

So much hard work and determination to transform what once was basic accommodation for backpackers into atmospheric, comfort, providing a little magical and sympathetic luxury for our clients, when we Desert Touring or for independent travellers to the region.
