Encil Ioga - Yoga Retreat Our first full day at the Serai, and the perfect way to arrive 🤍

A gentle walk to stretch our legs after a day of travelling…
and to really see where we are.

What looks like barren land has come back to life —
green grass, wild flowers everywhere…
after 7 years of drought.

It’s hard to believe that all those seeds were just waiting,
quietly under the soil all this time…
until the rain came.

We walked with our guides Isaac and Gaia —
children of this land —
and Ayelen, who shared it all with us so beautifully.

Camels, donkeys, shepherds, farmers…
and the wide, windy Atlantic coast.

We even met a young shepherd with his goats,
explored the caves,
and on the way back Isaac showed us how to pick a prickly pear 🌵
(and yes… we tasted it!)

A simple walk,
but one that really stayed with us ✨
