Rise and shine, surf crew!
Every surf lesson at Surf Paradise Morocco starts with a proper beach warm-up. Together with our instructor Hamza – yes, the guy who surfs in a handstand and secretly doubles as a yoga guru – we stretch it all out before hitting the waves. It helps prevent injuries and makes you look like a pro (at least for a few minutes).

Hamza’s tip: if you can get balance on one leg, and bending over, you’re officially safe from wipeouts today!
