Today Our Team has become a success Story for the state.
But there are so many people behind the curtain making sure Each trek event is organised successfully.
The One on top is the - Load Carrying young Boys. they are thin and many are Short but can carry 40-60kg. the Best ones later join as Junior trek leaders. While we built camps they made sure we were never short of Supplies like food,Nails,Ropes etc.

Tourism has bought along so much of Deforestation. We have to come up with construction Ideas that are sustainable. Mother Nature has abundant resources if we can apply lil bit of engineering and science.

My other Venture of "Green Roing" initiative got Mentioned in Prime Minister's Man ki baat.
It is going to be the 3rd year of this initiative.
4 years back I was transferred from Anini to Roing. The town had littering everywhere. Market, drain, roadside. There where 14 Dark Spots. 10% Door to Door service.. Department has financial issues and human resources. So I from the Municipality Official (DUDA) along with my friend (MD Green Roing) started working in PPP Model. Right now they have 21 Staff and we have our own department staff.
It took us lots of strategic planning to become what Roing is today. No Dark Spot, Markets clean, Drains all Clean, Road Sides clean. 100% Door to Door service.
Now we have tourist challenges which we are addressing Now. After that we will enter the next phase like Indore City i.e Segregation.
It is challenging but things that needs to be done. We build Governement Projects too but cleanliness is something we know it is the top priority.
Also next venture will be to curb Deforestation in Arunachal Pradesh.

The team has been organising Dibang Winter fest for the last two years. This year marks an important year for the team as it will bring new developments which include our tribal Culture, sustainable fest, Music and Adventure.
The campsite is beautiful. There will be village touring, camping, hiking, cycling and Rafting.
Interested can go emuli grassland to hike. Obviously you can’t reach the camp as it is 3000ft elevation climb. Our team will be on the summit organizing the last trek of the year.
