e. We have made it our mission to facilitate inexpensive travel to this region, taking you on a mission of discovery to unknown lands! Where and what is the Soviet style Republic know as “Transnistria”? Did you know tucked away in a corner of Europe within the official borders of the Republic of Moldova is a defacto but unrecognised State called the “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic” – Transnistria. It straddles the slither of land between the banks of the Dnister River Ukrainian. If you never had the chance to visit the former Soviet Union, Transnistria offers a unique insight into the Soviet way of life and can be visited today.
