Stan se nalazi u zgradi novijeg lux kompleksa 'The Old Bakery'.
-Zgrada posjeduje 2 brza lifta, a stan je na 2 spratu.
Nalazi se u mirnom dijelu grada na 8-10 min. šetnje do centra Budve i mora, a 500 m od autobuske stanice.
-U sklopu komleksa se nalazi Mega market i 2 kafića a u neposrednoj blizini je pekara i restoran/pizzeria.
-Aqua park Budva je takođe šetačkoj distanci, pogodno ako ste sa djecom. A diskoteka TopHill pored parka za mlade i neumorne.
-Stan se sastoji od dnevnog boravka, trpezarije, kuhinje, spavaće sobe,walk-in gardarobera, terase i kupatila. Opremljen je sa svim potrebštinama za ugodan boravak. Kablovska tv, internet, i naravno klimatozovan... Namijenjen za 4+1 osobe, ili manje.

-Aqua park Budva is also within walking distance, suitable if you are on vacation with children. And the TopHill disco next to the park for the young and tireless.
- The apartment consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, Walk-In closet, terrace and bathroom. It is equipped with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. Cable TV, internet, and of course air-conditioned... Intended for 4+1 persons, or less.
