We have one self catering holiday villas near the old UNESCO town of Kotor in Montenegro, in Orahovac. The villa is 245 sq metres with four large en-suite bedrooms and is less than 20 metres from the beach, in Orahovac a picturesque fishing village. Built in 2008 by the Hollick's, the three floor villa boasts a spacious open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, three double 9 kingsize) bedrooms, one suitable for young families, and a twin bedroom. There are also amazing sea and mountain views from all of the terraces. The house is fully air conditioned and has central heating for the winter months. It also has satellite TV, DVD and Wi-Fi internet. Road parking for 1 car is available outside the villa. The villa is within 20 metres from the sea with 2 restaurants and Mussel and Oyster bar in the village and a small village shop.
