The MICE Industry Working Group was officially established on 9 July under the Tourism and Hospitality Association Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro.

The Working Group will address key issues related to the development, enhancement, and promotion of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry in Montenegro. Its mission is to strengthen the country’s competitiveness as a destination in both the domestic and international business events market.

Following the verification of the mandates of the Working Group’s 29 members, Luka Bulatović of Explorer DMC was elected as President, while Spasenija Purić of Montenegro Stars Hotel Group was elected as Vice President.

Following successful meetings at Crnogorski Telekom, we didn’t waste a single moment. For IT engineers from several countries across the Telekom Group, we designed an experience showcasing the very best of northern Montenegro.
A private transfer took them to Wulfenia Hotel & Spa 5* in Kolašin, where exceptional comfort and genuine Montenegrin hospitality awaited. The traditional cuisine of northern Montenegro, authentic local restaurants, and local households once again won our guests over, leaving them with unforgettable impressions.

Laughter, teamwork, and a little bit of friendly competition.

For this private school event, we transformed an ordinary day into an interactive experience filled with obstacle courses, team challenges, and games designed to encourage movement, cooperation, and confidence.

Because some of the most valuable lessons happen outside the classroom, through play, teamwork, and shared experiences.

Watching the students support each other, solve challenges together, and celebrate every success was the best reminder of why experiences like these matter.

Perast is one of the best-preserved baroque towns on the Adriatic. Unlike many coastal destinations, modern development within the historic core has remained extremely limited, helping preserve the town’s original appearance for centuries.

Today, its stone palaces, churches, and waterfront continue to tell the story of a town that was once home to wealthy seafaring families and captains who shaped the history of Boka Bay.

We designed a day that moved people through different worlds, different moods, different conversations, one that started with work and ended with something that felt a lot more like belonging.

Day 1 in Montenegro took our clients from hidden underground chambers to mountain peaks and everything in between.

We started inside the incredible Lipa Cave, explored the heights of Lovćen National Park, and kept the energy high with Adventure Park challenges and a paintball experience surrounded by nature.

From adrenaline to panoramic views, the day was all about contrast, connection, and unforgettable moments.

We ended the day with dinner and live music, followed by a comfortable transfer back to the hotel, closing Day 1 in the best possible way: relaxed, full of impressions, and already looking forward to what’s next.
