After reviewing hundreds of applications, we are proud to announce our shortlisted candidates for the 2026 season at Montenegro Waves.
🐈 Candidate #1 – Experienced in security and guest observation. Strong staring skills. Occasionally naps on duty.
🐈 Candidate #2 – Excellent customer relations specialist. Demands payment in tuna.
🐈 Candidate #3 – Team player. Prefers working from the office entrance and supervising staff from the shade.
🐈 Candidate #4 – Quality control expert. Carefully inspects every visitor before approval.
🐈 Candidate #5 – Senior Operations Manager. Has mastered the art of looking busy while doing absolutely nothing.
Final verdict:
The recruitment process is still ongoing as salary negotiations (fish-based compensation package) have not yet been finalized.
