We just said goodbye to our amazing friends we spent last 11 days with, having an unforgettable adventure all across Montenegro. 11 days of hiking, cycling, canyoning, kayaking, rafting, climbing, partying and enjoying good food and wines. Sharing time with 14 fantastic people of a good spirit, willing to challenge themselves breaking their personal physical and mental limits was truly priceless. Those were days full of smiling and laughing loudly, enjoying fabulous views and exploring local culture and tradition.

Simply, it’s been a trip that reminds us how amazing our job is. Thank you very, very much guys, we are waiting for you for some more adventures in the future. And thanks to our dear collaborator Beyond Borders for sending us such a group!

Today we celebrate the biggest day in our history. On this date 1878, Montenegrin independence has been proved by the rest of the world and on the same day 1941 Montenegrin people rose up against occupiers in the first nationwide uprising against Na**sm in Europe.

Today we celebrate the Day of the Statehood but it’s much more than a holiday: it’s a celebration of our brave ancestors and this marvelous piece of land, our real home, yard, playground, our bellowed office and the source of all our adventures. We celebrate its fabulous mountains, amazing seaside, drinking clean rivers, grandiose canyons, astonishing lakes and dense forests. Today we are happy being outside, enjoying all the beauty around us guiding our dear guests and sharing love to our country with them. Just as these two beautiful ladies enjoyed the views from Bobotov k*k, the highest peak of the most loved mountain in Montenegro.

Our guides Bojana and Blažo brought this wonderful bunch of people through the breathtaking beauty of Durmitor Mountain, letting them enjoy some of the most spectacular views in Montenegro and proving that for enjoying nature you don't need to be super-fit. You don't need expensive equipment, you need only a big smile and a good attitude. And good guides, of course.

Touring through Montenegro is never easy but the prize is always worth the effort. These guys could feel it very well: we have had 9 days of serious activities, passing through the most spectacular landscapes of our beautiful country. They got tired but they enjoyed it a lot as we enjoyed it too.

The season started really strong - we've been pleased to guide a group of 15 yogis for a day kayaking trip, enjoying the magical landscapes of Lake Skadar NP. It was a day full of smiles, good energy and nice stories. Shortly, a day to remember.

What a way to start the season – we had a group of 45 people for a team building trip! We did a super-intense 5-day program in the South of Montenegro with them, experiencing kayaking, canyoning, partying, tasting local food and wines, meeting them with our culture and lifestyle. They said they had a blast – we had it too, guys. Thank you very much, we’re waiting for you to show you the magic of Northern Montenegro!

Ilhem and Ingrid, two lovely and brave ladies from Denmark took the challenge to cross all the Montenegrin part of the biggest lake in Balkan Peninsula with an extra paddling day at the Seaside, choosing us as their guides and it seems like they didn’t regret it. Here’s what they said about this expedition:

“It was an amazing journey. We have been paddling in different places of the lake, watching birds, stopping for lunch in very cozy and charming restaurants on the lake.
We visited a winery, and tasted different wines and liqueurs, stopped at a couple of Orthodox monasteries where Vuk has told us about history of Montenegro. It’s definitely not our last trip with Nomad & Outdoor.”

Another five-starred review, another amazing experience for us. And what the way to finish this unforgettable season. Thank you very much ladies, we’re waiting for you for some more adventures in the future!

Touring with our guests is rather a pleasure than a job - especially when we have such lovely and easy going people like Mary and Rob. They wanted to enjoy both the South and North of Montenegro and we brought them to some of the most beautiful spots, showing them the natural and cultural heritage of our country.
