🚙 🚲 ⛰️ Testing the future of sustainable adventure tourism in Montenegro
At the beginning of June, we welcomed adventure travel specialists from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Portugal on a FAM trip organized within the project “Sustainable Tourism Through 4x4 Adventures: Responsibility in Motion”.
Together, we explored Montenegro’s mountains, katuns, cycling routes, hiking trails, local gastronomy, and authentic rural experiences.
🎯 The goal was to test a new tourism product still under development and collect expert feedback for its improvement. A special focus was placed on use of bicycles acquired through the project, helping reduce vehicle use, lower environmental impacts, and promote more sustainable ways of exploring Montenegro.
One of the key project results is the launch of Montenegro Bike Adventures, a new brand offering active and sustainable cycling experiences across Montenegro.
