LaCasa Restaurant & Pizzeria is a family-run Italian restaurant in Ulcinj, Montenegro, specializing in authentic Italian cuisine and Neapolitan pizza baked in a wood-fired oven.
We are looking for experienced, responsible and motivated people to join our team on a 1-year employment contract, with the possibility of continuing our cooperation.

We are looking for an experienced cook with knowledge of Italian cuisine.
Experience with:
- Pasta
- Risotto
- Meat and seafood
- Sauces
- Italian appetizers
- Breakfast preparation
- Professional kitchen organization
is highly appreciated.
The ability to work independently and maintain consistent quality during busy service is essential.
🍕 PIZZAIOLO — NEAPOLITAN PIZZA
We are looking for an experienced pizzaiolo with real knowledge of Neapolitan-style pizza.
Experience with:
- Neapolitan pizza
- Wood-fired oven
- Dough preparation and fermentation
- Hand stretching
- Oven management
- Pizza preparation during busy service
- Maintaining consistent quality
is required.
Experience with professional Italian ingredients and Neapolitan pizza standards is a strong advantage.
Candidates without real pizzaiolo experience should not apply for this position.
🔪 KITCHEN HELPER
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable kitchen helper.
Main responsibilities include:
- Preparation of ingredients
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen
- Washing and organizing kitchen equipment
- Assisting the cooks during service
- Helping with breakfast preparation when required
- Maintaining hygiene and order
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
🍸 BARTENDER
We are looking for an experienced bartender who can work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing drinks and cocktails
- Coffee preparation
- Maintaining the bar
- Keeping the working area clean and organized
- Communicating professionally with guests
- Working efficiently during busy service
Experience in restaurant or hotel bars is preferred.
🍽️ WAITER / WAITRESS
We are looking for professional and motivated waiters/waitresses.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience
- Good communication with guests
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
- Additional languages are welcome
- Ability to work under pressure
- Friendly but professional attitude
Tips belong to the waiters.
Candidates must:
- Be in good general physical condition and capable of performing the duties required for their position.
- Be prepared for long working days and periods of intensive work.
- Have sufficient stamina to work consistently during busy periods.
- Understand that tiredness after a normal working shift is not a reason for an additional or unscheduled day off.
- Follow the agreed work schedule and arrive at work on time.
- Not regularly miss work, arrive late, or ask for time off without a valid reason.
- Understand that days off are organized according to the restaurant's schedule and operational needs.
- Inform management immediately if a genuine illness or other serious circumstance prevents them from working.
- Must speak English
