Mg Zwe Naing Win, a 12-year-old boy, was killed and some other villagers wounded when regime forces arbitrarily shelled two villages in Shwegu Township, Kachin State on Thursday evening, according to the Kachin Waves media outlet. museum in Bagan to show the collection of our objects and materials of religious, cultural and historical value.
Museum can be classified as national museums, archaeological museums, regional cultural museums, and memorial museums and defense services museums.
This is an archaeological museum in Bagan which constructed in 1995 and opened in 1998.
The two-story museum has an extensive collection of ancient artifacts, ornaments, works of art, inscriptions and historic memorabilia, related to history, culture and civilization of Burmese people.
If you wanna have a deeper appreciation behind the history of Bagan Era , its temples , buddhism and more, I highly suggest this place after learning about Buddha in relation to the city.
However, I must say, the bagan archaeological museum will deliver more than your expectations👍

No photos allowed inside so you need to rent a free locker outside 🙂

For example, today i applied " Thanatkhar " on their face like local do!
Oops! i almost forget to introduce you with " Thanatkhar" 😁
Well ! " Thanatkhar" is the traditional suncream in Myanmar which is a perennial tree that can grow in tropical zone ! And we can use only it's bark. To get the paste , we need to cut the tree down and cut the small log to grind on the stone with water to apply the face. We usually apply " Thanatkhar" on our face to protect the sunlight , prevent the pimple and make the skin cold. We myanmar people are still love to apply " Thanatkhar" on their face and make decoration on their cheek when they go out not only to protect the sunlight but also to be beautiful and attractive. After introducing " Thanatkhar" with them , they said that " Min ! i wanna do it" 😁 Then i shared one of our tradition with them as you see in the picture☺️
So I would say " Thank you very much " to lovely myanmar people because their hospitality and big smile is one of the reason why myanmar will continue to attract the visitors in the furture and ensure their trip to Myanmar makes the time in this fascinating and complex nation truly unforgettable😍 Fighting myanmar naw!

Again! i was working as a tour guide for these smart ladies! Today we went to Mt.Popa which is a dormant volcano and the highest in Bagan region (about 1500 m high). On the way we stopped at Toddy Farm to learn the process of making "Jaggery" and "Ayet" also called "Arak" in indonesia, by using Toddy Palm Juice😁
Guys ' FYI naw 😁 it is the best way to spend your time by sitting on stool made of Palm tree and sipping fresh toddy juice which is sweet like sugarcane juice and learn local way of life , it was the great experience that they've got together and worked locally.
Then drove to Mt. Popa to climb up the smally volcano growth known as " Thaungkalet" 700 m hight.
On the way to the top, we met with a lot of monkeys , they are macaque species and very tamed but sometime, they show their monkey nature! ha ha 😁
When we got on the top, the view made them " OMG " yes. It is fantastic, the sun is beautiful , warm with wonderful energy ☀️
In this magical mountaining area, i feel that everything is much more beautiful and poetic, it was a pleasure to watch the view, the sun and the beautiful nature that we did today😁
Ohh, wait ! we made the photo together with the mountain which is shaped like a sitting elephant in the background😁 how?

first trip of beautiful 2k20! just camped on top of Mt. Shan Plateau, slept overnight in the tent and woke up early to wait for amazing clouds!
finally mission accomplished!
