Sure, Elizabeth Gilbert went to Bali to find herself — but we’re betting she missed the best part: doing it all on two wheels! 😉
Turns out heaven is a place on Earth — and it rides like a dream.

Thank you
The first week of the new year is usually a time of reflection, and an opportunity for renewal. 2020 wasn’t a great year for those working in the tourism industry and, like many colleagues, I’d much rather look forward to a more fulfilling 2021. Many of us, including travel publications like Tra...

A brand or quality of our bike we use is not important as long as we love cycling.
Respect to all cyclists from the world.
A little boy in Cambodia participated in the race of Cambodia MTB series 2020 with his basic bike. Few days after the race he has received a brand new bike and accessories from cycling team. They admired and cheered his enthusiasm and strong will to be a part of a cycling competition although he had not a race bike, helmet or even shoes.
Kudos to this boy!! We need more bicycle lovers like him.

Special event soon in Myanmar!
Thadingyut festival (Lighting) is one of the most important public holiday and famous festival in Myanmar. The aim of the celebration is a Buddhist holiday that celebrates the coming of Buddha back from heaven after he has stayed there during Buddhist Lent, teaching his mother and other heavenly gods his various laws and doctrines.
This event will be hold on 31 October for this year. Normally, the festival is really fun and so much activities to do. From a lot of donation places to walking around the festival area and buying traditional snacks, everyone comes together and share family times with their loved ones.
Unfortunately this year, we have to celebrate the festival by keeping ourselves safe and by not going out a lot because of the pandemic. But still, we all can share the pictures of our & your experiences of lighting festival from the past and bring back good old memories together.
So, how was your Lighting Festival in the past?

Grasshopper Adventures was founded in a small wooden house in the backpacker area of Bangkok in 2004.
Back then we thought we were here to lead cycling enthusiasts on epic rides of 2+ weeks. Well, in some ways we were, but the massive growth in our business has come from people just like you. People who want to see a city or a town by a fun, active, engaging means and meet some great people along the way. People who want to get under the skin of a place they are visiting, and learn the human story, not just the factual, monument focused side of it.
We a high priority on creating those genuine connections for you. That is what we do on our handcrafted day tours. We introduce you to the people, the environment, the food and the popular culture of the location and we do that all in as little as four hours.
We pay a lot of attention to the details so that you don’t waste any of your valuable vacation time with equipment or organization problems. We time the trips realistically and we carefully plan for efficiency so that we make the most of every minute in your day tour.
We believe and we hope that you will come away from one of our day tours with a different perspective on a place. That you may even experience a transformation in your view of a city a location or a people by doing a tour. Not to mention, that once you’ve done one, you’ll want to do them all.
We sum it up in three words. Escape, Explore, Connect.
