• Organizes the Restaurant and Bar under his/her responsibility

• Ensures information is adequately passed on to the team (briefings/debriefings with staff)
• Manages the flow of guests, placement at tables, and reservations
• Organizes the Bar under his/her responsibility
• Charisma and confidence to lead front of house and engage with both customers and the team
• The ability to solve problems and take responsibility on shift
• A passion for the service industry

Qualifications for bar supervisor

• Holder of certificate/diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline, preferred
• 1-2 years of restaurant / in-room dining supervisory role
• Minimum 1 year demonstrated leadership in a similar role, hotel or high-end bar experience preferred
• Ability to lead the Food and Beverage operations in the absence of senior management
