Balloons Over Bagan မှ နှုတ်ခွန်းဆက်သပါတယ်။
ဒီနေ့မှာတော့ Balloons Over Bagan ရဲ့ မိတ်ဆွေများအတွက် စိတ်ဝင်စားဖွယ် “မီးပုံးပျံဖြင့် ကမ္ဘာတစ်ပတ်အမြန်ဆုံး စံချိန်တင်ပျံသန်းမှု” အကြောင်းလေးကို မျှဝေပေးချင်ပါတယ်။
ဒီနေ့ ဇူလိုင်လ (၁၂) ရက်နေ့ဟာ ကမ္ဘာတစ်လွှားက လူစီးမီးပုံးပျံ ပျံသန်းမှုသမိုင်းမှာ ထူးခြားတဲ့ နေ့တစ်နေ့ ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ၁၀ နှစ် (၂၀၁၆ ခုနှစ်) က အသက် (၆၄) နှစ်အရွယ် ရုရှားလူမျိုး မီးပုံးပျံမောင်းနှင်သူ ဖီဒေါကွန်နူခေါ့ဗ်ဟာ Morton လို့အမည်ပေးထားတဲ့ မီးပုံးပျံနဲ့ တစ်ကိုယ်တော် ကမ္ဘာပတ်ပျံသန်းမည့် စံချိန်တင်ခရီးစဉ်ကြီးကို ဩစတြေးလျနိုင်ငံ (Northam) ကနေ ဇူလိုင်လ (၁၂) ရက်နေ့မှာ စတင်ပျံသန်း ထွက်ခွာခဲ့တာဖြစ်လို့ပါပဲ။
အမြင့်ပေ ၃၆၀၀၀ ကျော်အထိ မြင့်မားစွာပျံသန်းခဲ့ရတဲ့ ဒီခရီးစဉ်အတွင်း ကြမ်းတမ်းတဲ့ အခက်အခဲများစွာကို အသက်အန္တရာယ်နှင့်ယှဉ်လျှက် ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံရင်ဆိုင်ဖြေရှင်းရင်း ပစိဖိတ်သမုဒ္ဒရာ၊ တောင်အမေရိကတိုက်၊ အတ္တလန္တိတ်သမုဒ္ဒရာ၊ အာဖရိကတိုက်နဲ့ အိန္ဒိယသမုဒ္ဒရာတို့ကို ကျော်ဖြတ်ခဲ့ပြီးနောက် ဇူလိုင်လ (၂၃) ရက်နေ့တွင် ဩစတြေးလျနိုင်ငံ (Bonnie Rock) မှာ ဘေးကင်းစွာ ပြန်လည်ဝင်ရောက် ဆင်းသက်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဒါဟာသူ့ရဲ့ ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ်အားထုတ်မှုမှာတင် မီးပုံးပျံဖြင့် ကမ္ဘာပတ်ပျံသန်းမှု အမြန်ဆုံးစံချိန်သစ်ကို (၁၁) ရက်ကျော်ခရီးစဉ်ဖြင့် ဂင်းနစ်ကမ္ဘာ့စံချိန် တင်နိုင်ခဲ့တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီလို ထူးချွန်ပြောင်မြောက်တဲ့ စွမ်းဆောင်ချက်ကြောင့် ကမ္ဘာ့လေကြောင်း အားကစားအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (FAI) ကလည်း ဖီဒေါကွန်နူခေါ့ဗ်အား ၂၀၁၆ ခုနှစ်ရဲ့ အကောင်းဆုံးလေသူရဲဆု (Pilot of the Year) ကိုချီးမြှင့်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
သူ့ရဲ့ 'Morton' အမည်ရှိ မီးပုံးပျံဟာ အမြင့်ပေ ၁၉၇ပေ ရှိပြီး ဟီလီယမ်ဓာတ်ငွေ့နဲ့ လေပူစနစ်ပေါင်းစပ်ထားတဲ့ ခေတ်မီ Rozière 550 အမျိုးအစား ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကို UK နိုင်ငံရှိ Cameron Balloons မှ ထုတ်လုပ်ခဲ့တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
သမိုင်းတစ်လျှောက်မှာ ကမ္ဘာတစ်ပတ်လုံးကို မရပ်မနားပျံသန်းနိုင်ခဲ့တဲ့ လူစီးမီးပုံးပျံ (၃) စီးပဲရှိခဲ့ဖူးပြီး ထူးခြားတာကတော့ အဲဒီသမိုင်းဝင် မီးပုံးပျံ (၃) စီးလုံးကို UK နိုင်ငံအခြေစိုက် Cameron Balloons ကပဲ ဒီဇိုင်းဆွဲထုတ်လုပ်ခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုကမ္ဘာ့စံချိန်တင် လူစီးမီးပုံးပျံတွေကို ထုတ်လုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ Cameron Balloons (UK) ဟာ Balloons Over Bagan ရဲ့ လေပူစနစ်မီးပုံးပျံ (hot air balloon) များကို ထုတ်လုပ်ပေးတဲ့ Manufacturer ကုမ္ပဏီလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Today, we are delighted to share an inspiring story with our friends and followers: the remarkable fastest solo balloon flight around the world.
July 12 marks a memorable date in the history of manned ballooning. Exactly ten years ago, in 2016, 64-year-old Russian balloon pilot Fedor Konyukhov began his historic attempt to fly solo around the world in his balloon, Morton, departing from Northam, Western Australia, on 12 July 2016.
Throughout the journey, Konyukhov climbed to altitudes of over 36,000 feet, enduring numerous life-threatening challenges and extreme weather conditions. Flying alone, he successfully crossed the Pacific Ocean, South America, the Atlantic Ocean, Africa, and the Indian Ocean before safely landing at Bonnie Rock, Western Australia, on 23 July 2016. On his very first attempt, he completed the journey in just over 11 days, setting a new Guinness World Record for the fastest solo circumnavigation of the globe by balloon.
In recognition of this extraordinary achievement, the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI) honoured Fedor Konyukhov with its 2016 Pilot of the Year Award. His balloon, Morton, stood approximately 197 feet (60 metres) tall and was a state-of-the-art Rozière 550 balloon, combining helium gas with a hot-air system. It was designed and manufactured by Cameron Balloons in the United Kingdom.
To date, only three manned balloons in history have successfully completed a non-stop circumnavigation of the globe. Remarkably, all three historic balloons were designed and built by Cameron Balloons (UK).
