ခုချိန်ဟာ COVID ကာလ အလွန်လို့ ပြောလို့တော့ မရသေးပါဘူး။ COVID ငြိမ် ကာလလို့သာ ပြောရမယ်ထင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကလည်း မြန်မာပြည်ကြီးမှာ ခေါင်းဆောင်ကောင်းတွေ ဖိဖိစီးစီးစောင့်ရှောက်နေတာရယ်၊ ဘာသာတရားရဲ့ ကာကွယ်ရံတားမှုတွေရယ် ကြောင့်ဖြစ်မယ်ထင်ပါတယ်။

(၁) ဝန်ထမ်းတွေကို အတွက် သီးသန့် သင်တန်းပေးပါတယ်။

တစ်ခါသုံးပစ္စည်း များသုံးဖို့ မဖြစ်နိုင်တဲ့အခါ၊ တစ်ကြိမ်သာသုံးပြီး ဆပ်ပြာနဲ့ လျှော်တာ၊ ဆေးတာလုပ်ဖို့ သတ်မှတ်ရပါတယ်။ လုပ်ငန်းထဲမှာ သုံးနေတဲ့ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်း ( ) တွေကို အားလုံး ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ရပါတယ်။ ပြင်သင့်တာ ပြင်ရပါတယ်။

(၃) ရောဂါ ကာကွယ်ရေး ပစ္စည်းတွေကို မနှမျောမိဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။
ပြုန်းတီးတာကို လုပ်ငန်းတိုင်းက စိုးရိမ်ပါတယ်။ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်နဲ့ ပါတ်သက်လာရင် လုပ်ငန်းရှင်တိုင်းကတွန့်တတ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် ဒီကာလမှာတော့ ဆပ်ပြာ၊ ပိုးသတ်ဆေး၊ တစ်ခါသုံးပစ္စည်းတွေ၊ မျက်နှာအုပ် (Mask)၊ လက်သန့်ဆေး (Hand Gel) စတာတွေကိုတော့ ချွေတာစရာမလိုပါဘူး။ ကျနော်တို့ရဲ့ Policy ကိုက ဆိုတော့၊ လူကသာ အရေးအကြီးဆုံး တန်ဖိုးဖြစ်ပါတယ်လို့ ခံယူကြရပါတယ်။

(၄) မကြာခဏ သတိပေးရပါတယ်။
လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ၊ ဆိုင်မှာ၊ သတိပေး စာတမ်းတွေကပ်ထားပေမယ့် မလုံလောက်ပါဘူး။ လူတွေရဲ့ သဘောကိုက အကြိမ် ၂၀၀ လောက်ပြောမှ မှတ်မိတဲ့သဘောရှိတယ်လို့ လေ့လာဖူးပါတယ်။ ဒါ့ကြောင့် ဟာ ငါတို့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်မှာပဲ ရှိနေသေးတယ်နော် ဆိုတဲ့ စကားကို နေ့စဉ် သတိပေးရပါတယ်။ တစ်ပါတ် တစ်ကြိမ် အစီးဝေးခေါ်ပြီး အစ အဆုံး သတိပေးရပါတယ်။ ရှောင်တခင် ဝင်ပြီး စစ်ဆေးတဲ့ စနစ်ရှိရပါတယ်။ လူတွေက ကြာရင် ပေါ့သွားတတ်တဲ့ သဘောရှိလို့ပါ။

(၅) မျက်လုံးနဲ့ ပြုံးတတ်အောင် လေ့ကျင့်ရပါတယ်။
