Fashioned from solid gold, the Golden Buddha is a marvel of artistry and craftsmanship, weighing a remarkable 5.5 tons. Standing at a height of
approximately 3 meters, it commands attention with itsimposing presence.
The statue depicts the Buddha in the
‘Mara Vijaya’posture, with his serene
expression and right hand touching the ground, symbolizing the moment of his enlightenment beneath the Bodhi tree.
